Isn't that the best show ever?? I love that Penny and Dessmond are together. What a great season finale! What do you think about Locke and this new name?
Didn't think Jack would be a Pixies fan, but it was cool to hear them :) Great show!
IIRC, Penny's figured prominently in previous season finales, but seeing her and Desmond reunite? Niagara Falls, Frankie Angel. ;)
Crazy that it was Locke in the coffin...wasn't Jeremy Bentham the name of the scrawny physicist guy with the beard?
Lan--I think they put a lot of character stuff "on" Jack--like the tattoos, etc.--without it necessarily making a lot of sense. Not that I care--Pixies and tats are all good in my book. :)
the reason locke has a strange name is b/c he's been doing ben's work since he was banned from the island... strange names on passports, time travel, etc.

YEAH! so jeremy bentham was the brit scientist who preserved his whole dang self in the hopes of eventually getting reanimated. He was an atheist at the same time as John Locke (the philosopher) lived. I think the name is Locke's tip of the hat to Jack ... "Jack, you won...science over faith...and WE'RE ALL FOOKIN' SCREWED so tanks very much ya bearded Hasselhoff who can shave his torso bald but can't seem to scratch a razor over his chin."
