Dear fellow cancer sickie (or possibly care giver),
Sorry, but I don't care what how much you've been irradiated, what surgery you've had, or how much chemo you're scheduled for, it is never--NEVAR--appropriate to clip your nails in public. I'm not a squeamish person by nature, but that sound makes my skin want to crawl right off.

Never appropriate....I can't tell you how many times I have seen people do that in public - on the bus to name one.....it makes me squeamish each and every time I see that!
DOOD, that would ALWAYS be happening on the bus. Bus people are the weirdest.
That ranks up there with being talked to by a person with a mouth full of slobbery toothpaste ;^)
OMG, there is a guy at my office who clips his finger nails in his cube! So nasty gross!
